One of Second Harvestโs dedicated volunteers is being recognized for his leadership and service to the greater Central Florida community.

Orlando Business Journal named Ryan Grail to its 2026 40 Under 40 in Central Florida list, meant to recognize outstanding young professionals who are making a meaningful impact in their industries and communities. The 2026 program highlights the innovation, leadership and dedication of emerging leaders who are shaping the future of Central Florida.

Ryan is a enthusiastic volunteer and an integral leader within Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Floridaโs Young Professionals Committee, where his passion for service and community impact is evident in everything he does.

As Sponsorship Chair for the Taste! Central Florida planning committee, Ryan plays a critical role in driving the success of one of the food bankโs signature fundraising events, helping to secure the partnerships that fuel the mission to fight childhood hunger.

His leadership extends even further through his role on Second Harvestโs Board of Directors, where he represents the Young Professionals and brings fresh perspective, energy and advocacy to the table. Ryan exemplifies what it means to use your talents for the greater good, consistently showing up, stepping up, and making a difference.

โCentral Florida is my home. I was born and raised here, and Iโve seen the impact Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida has on my community,โ Ryan shared when asked why he supports the food bank. โThe need is great, and I want to support my community where I can. No impact is too small when youโre supporting your neighbors facing hunger.โ Second Harvest invites community members to consider taking one small act of volunteerism or advocacy during National Volunteer Month. Sign up for a volunteer shift and invite a friend, buy a ticket to attend Taste! Central Florida and share about the event on social media or consider joining Ryan as a member of the Young Professionals Committee.

With volunteers and advocates like Ryan leading the way, the Central Florida community is a little brighter for local neighbors facing hunger.
