Looking to eat healthier, cook smarter, or stretch your grocery budget? Our free nutrition classes can help! In partnership with Florida Nutrition Ed, Second Harvest offers fun, hands-on classes designed to make healthy eating easier for you and your family.

Nutrition Classes

Classes are taught by friendly, trained instructors and are open to SNAP-eligible residents in Brevard, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Volusia counties. We offer sessions for kids, teens, families, adults, and seniors — so there’s something for everyone.
